How to read the catalog

Every service has its own code

The code tells you where you are in a second: MX-A-09-01 stands for Mexico, area A (immigration processes), family 09 (renew your card) and service 01 (temporary residency for work). If you mention it when you book, your specialist knows right away which process you mean, with no technical explanations.

Under each plain-language name you’ll see the official name of the process, exactly as it appears with the INM, the SRE or the SAT.
